2checkout.com Time-Out during Copyright Removal

My browser produced a 504 gateway time-out during the payment stage for a copyright removal order. The order is stuck at Pending status with no way to verify if the payment was processed or cancel the order and try again.

Any ideas?

My order was removed from my account but I've had no communication about this.
