PostProcessPayment Payment when order has been shipped / invoice has been created

Hello,

I try to develop a payment method for a german payment provider who provides invoice and direct debit.
But one need there is that the payment is captured and authorized during the check out process and
processed if the order has been shipped and the invoice for the order is created.

How is this possible in nopCommerce? I haven't seen any code for this in the OrderManager?
