How to create a language pack?

Hi there,

Can someone explain me how to establish a (german) language pack in nopcommerce 1.90?

Where do i have to start and can you do this without advanced programming skills or is it also necessary to change all the variables in the code? And how can I save a finished Language pack?

A beginner would be thankful for some hints regarding this ...

Hi,

you can start ( without programming skills and without changing the code) by using the v1.8 German language pack -

https://www.nopcommerce.com/extensions/1/languages.aspx

import it in admin-->configuration-->languages

there are many new resource strings in v1.9 - which are in English but you can translate them -

once you have finished, if you want you can  make the new pack available to the community
