All Settings page needs a search functionality in order for the administrator to be able to locate a setting easily.
Workaround: Execute an sql query directly on database in order to filter the results. After locating execute an update query to modify.
I created an issue on codeplex about this. Here it is.
I also did the implementation for version 1.9. You will find a patch file produced by SVN as attachment to the issue.
I hope the developer of this excellent project will find the time to integrate this to the product.
