Pagination SubCategories

Hello everyone!
I have a Category with 4 subcategories. Can I change (even from code) the pagination of the category to show all the subcategories in one page (and not in the carousel with arrows)?

do you want to show all subcategory of a category in one page. for example pagination size is 3 but number of  subcategories is 4. right?

and what do you mean by this "and not in the carousel with arrows"?
