Nopcommerce 1.9 - access values from Settings table

Hello,

I can't modify .cs code.

I want to find a way to access values from Settings table from .aspx page. Is this possible?

Hello,

The problem didn't go away.
Inside the aspx page, I'm able to access product info, and language info but I can't find how to get info from the database Settings table.
