v4.60.1 added topic in the top menu doesn't have a link included

In the version 4.50 if we created a topic and ,,Include in top menu,, option was selected it appeared in top menu and we could click on it and it navigated to the url that was provided when we created the topic. Now if I add a new topic, enables the ,,Include in top menu,, option, it appears in the top menu, but no href attribute is added to the a tag, so there is no navigation.

What if your try:  Include in footer (column 1)
Does that work?

Is your 4.60 site 'original', or did you customize?
