Issue deploying Nopcommerce 4.5 on IIS

I did the publish part and moved the  folder on to the server
Create new website on IIS and gave the path.
Add Everyone to all folders so no permission issue.

But when i go to the URL i am seeing:

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

What am I doing wrong here and how can I debug more?

You may need to remove WebDAV
