Any desire for scss for the default theme?

Hello, I'm new to NopCommerce, but it seems like having the styles.css file for the default theme broken down into smaller scss files and using variables for colors would be really convenient for customizing and could possibly lead to more consistency down the road.

I'm about halfway through breaking each commented section in the default theme's styles.css file out into it's own scss file and using variables for colors and was wondering if there was any desire for me to do this for the main branch as well. I'm not actually changing any styles, just organizing them a bit better.

Please let me know if this would be good to have, I'd love to contribute.

Its been mentioned previously, but the team haven't implemented it.

Do it, create a pull request, and if the team don't use it, I'm sure it will be useful for many others.
