I have the same problem. Fixed Rate Shipping and Shipping By Order Weight doesn't work. On delivery options site, NOP show error "Shipping options could not be loaded". Earlier I delete Air and Ground options in Shipping Methods and I create 3 another delivery options. Product have set weight. Cache has been refreshed. Nop 1.9

Can I get this Flat Rate shipping amount to show in the Shopping Cart?

Right now, it displays "Shipping:   Calculated during checkout" in the Cart.

It seems to only put the flat rate amount in the cart after you have
entered your address, or get past the address page when you are signed in,
then it shows the shipping amount in the cart.

It would better for the customer to see the Flat Rate as soon as he gets to the cart.

I have " Estimate shipping enabled: " checked.
