NopCommerce built Plugin for MailChimp installed on 4.2 and getting sync errors

I did have a sync plugin installed from a Third Party before NopCommerce created this plugin for MailChimp.  So I have a table called MailChimpEventQueueRecord that has some OLD records in it and I think is what is producing a bunch of errors like this.  The most recent record in the table is from 2020, so somehow wasn't cleaned up with the sync of abandoned cart process (I think)
Am I ok to just delete these records? Thanks for your help.

If the record is too old, you can delete them for now and see if it resolve the issue.

I can see that deleting records have worsen the issue. As far as I found about this problem on the web:

I notice that many of users suggest that it could be a code issue but the error tells us that the cart with provided Id already exists. I suggest you to use the latest code from nopCommerce repo and downgrade the plugin to your nopCommerce version then check it if this gets resolved. Also, please check your MailChimp account for details about this error.

Not sure how to Downgrade the Mailchimp plugin from 4.6 to 4.2 - I downloaded the zip file from the NopCommerce website and it had 4.2 in it so that is what I used.  I recopied it over to the server and restarted the app, but the errors still exist.
Can you explain how to Downgrade from 4.6 to 4.2?  Thanks for your help,

Hi, we are using from november 2023 the plugin https://www.nopcommerce.com/it/mailchimp-synchronization-plugin
We connected it with Mailchimp API.
Since then it has successfully imported the contacts into Mailchimp, but it seems not to be connected for the e-commerce part.
When I try to create an automation in Mailchimp I see the message: "connect your site". But Nop-commerce does not appear among the list of those present.
How can I connect Mailchimo with all the e-commerce orders and abandoned carts?
