Issue with Paypal Standard Plugin

I am using this  Paypal Standard Plugin but I always see :

I have followed everything here:

What am I missing, and from where can I see the error as I don't see anything in website Log and PayPal account.

This URL seems to point to an error page on PayPal's website.
When\where did you see that URL?
Did you follow that URL to see if there was a more detailed error message there?

The error is after this page : https://www.example.com/checkout/confirm

Where user is redirected to PayPal and the URL is this:

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=f1268089048fc&code=GENERIC_ERROR&mfid=1713741575380_f1268089048fc

The error is just saying:

Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

So, it does not help at all. I have seen this stated here:

and followed it but still it happens.

Are you using the sandbox or the production mode ?
Or are you getting errors with both modes?

Getting error on both also same error on PayPal Ecommerce plugin.

Are you using the proper billing and shipping address while making the checkout? I once stumbled into a similar issue because I was using a random phone number while making the checkout. Plus, I think this is issue at Paypal's end rather than the NopC plugin so contacting Paypal support may be helpful on figuring out this error too.

Yeah, kind of sending dummy/ garbage address, but a better error from PayPal would have made more sense :D.

Will use proper address and let's see.

Tested correct address still does not work, on sandbox I got the error below:

Something doesn’t look right. Your payment to this merchant can’t be completed using PayPal. Choose another way to pay.

Are you using a PayPal Business account (or Personal Account)?
You need a Business account.  It needs to be set up properly and verified (i.e. connected/verified to your Bank account).
For the customer payment test, use real information, including name, address, Credit Card information, because PayPal does security verifications.

PayPal 

asking for some more verifications and blocked any payment in / out.
