PayPal Direct Not Working

I'm not sure if this is a nopCommerce configuration issue, a hosting issue, or a PayPal issue, and I cannot seem to find an answer in the forums or other searching of the Internet.

I have a PayPal Direct account, and have had the PayPay Direct payment method working from a non-hosted IIS server running IIS 7.5 and nopCommerce 2.80. Since that time, I have recreated the site on Arvixe under another domain name using nopCommerce 3.10. I think I have set up everything the same - entered the API credentials under Payment Methods, Payments.PayPalDirect, no "Use Sandbox", and I've changed the domain name in the notification URL for IPN on my PayPal account.

When I checkout and try press "confirm" on a credit card transaction, I get "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."

Maybe I'm overlooking something? I would appreciate any insight you might have.

Do you have an SSL cert for your new website?  I thnk PP requires one.

Sorry. I should have mentioned that. I had to get a new SSL certificate for the new domain. I had Arvixe acquire and install it. It seems to work fine with logging into site and with checkout.

Here is PayPal's response:
"This is a server error on the merchant’s end; they will need to speak with their developer or hosting company for assistance with this issue".
Arvixe is suggesting that I create and download an API certificate and they will install it. nopCommerce PayPal Direct uses API signature right?

I had this working on a local IIS 7.5 server with nopCommerce v2.80. I have since recreated my site under a different domain name, with nopCommerce v3.10, and on Arvixe. This is the only part not working. Am I missing something simple?
