InvoiceXpress Invoicing

This plugin interacts with the invoicing platform 'InvoiceXpress'

InvoiceXpress is an online invoicing software approved by the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority. It allows you access to invoicing from anywhere.

Aimed at companies that provide all sorts of services, InvoiceXpress also suits freelancers, self-employed professionals and online stores.

The following functionalities have been implemented:

• Automatic creation of clients (customers), items (products) and invoices (orders)
• Automatic creation of tax percentages to match those defined in nopCommerce
• VAT number selection: EU VAT Number / Billing Address Attribute
• Invoice issuance: Manual / Automatic upon payment received
• Document types: Invoice / Simplified Invoice
• Document states: Draft / Final
• Other functionalities: Due date period, Zero tax invoice exemption ( details here )

To use this plugin follow these steps:

1. Log in to your InvoiceXpress account (click here to create a new account).
2. Click on Account > API to obtain credentials enabling the use of the API interface
3. Introduce the account name and API key in the respective fields
4. Configure the remaining options according to your preference
5. Click Save.
