It looks like the way you have setup the NopCommerce site in IIS. You have http://localhost/itsshop as the url but nop's base url is looking at http://localhost/activechat. It's an issue with your NopCommerce setup or IIS, not ActiveChat.

Sorry, I have not added in the string resources for translation. Version 1.60 was just released. I will add that in the next release (1.70).

Sure, the text in settings works fine... But the views are pure HTML...
So I just translated the words and uploaded again... And it ignores completely the words I just translated and still in English...
No BIG problem, but I can't understand why it does not work as expected.
