1. Option to store images as files on the sever and not in the database.
(If I have to upload 1000 products it makes easy to just upload using FTP and then give the url to the nopcommerce database ).  Also in case of change of the hosting provider, you will have only a small database to download and upload to the new server.

2. Option to update the prices by uploading a csv file or excel sheet.  (But not change the products ).  Correct if I am wrong, at the moment if you upload products it add them as new products )

3.  After all it is a wonderful product and want to see more.

Amara,

v1.5 has the option to store the images in the filesystem instead of the DB.

In the All Settings -> Fifth page you can set
Media.Images.StoreInDB to False and you have it :)

Regards!

I Just noticed that in 1.5version, nopCommerce Team has implemented the AJAX HTML Editor in forums section too that allow us to upload images on the forum - that makes it a better feature

To nopCommerce Team,
As many users here are demanding to switch back to Fckeditor (Regarding posting stuff on pages/topics), even i want Fckeditor back because it is more user friendly and allow us to upload images, flash etc easily. So, if you're planning to put Fckeditor back  sp please don't remove this AJAX HTML Editor from forum section (Please don't go back to BBEditor it's lacks in many areas). It's a really good feature which allow us to post images on the forum.

It doesn't add a new product if you already have a product with the same SKU

You're free to use any editor you want. Just go to admin area > Content Management > Forums > Forums Settings ("Forum editor" option)

Sorry by uploading i meant, in 1.5version we can post images using <img src> tag,
This feature was not available in any version of nopCommerce, in 1.4 version admin area > Content Management > Forums > Forums Settings ("Forum editor" option) IF we select HTML Editor still <img> tag doesn't work

But in 1.5version it works so please don't remove this AJAX HTML Editor in 1.6 version, but for other things like adding stuff to pages/topics yes i guess we all need Fckeditor back

on the face of it, it's a useful feature i agree but think how messy the forum would be if the images were not edited to a sensible size, and think about page load times if there were a lot of images

Dude who's talking to you ? why you're interfering in-between the conversation/discussion?

Important Things for you:
1) Learn to talk politely
2) Respect all community members (If you're not going to respect anyone here, in-return you will get the same behavior as you're behaving right now)

I guess the stuff you wrote above was actually rubbish and you're wasting space here by writing these kind of things, this forum is for sensible people who needs/wants to help. (Don't post rubbish messages here because all posts are getting stored in nopCommerce database and nopCommerce database is only for discussing important things - SO DON'T STORE RUBBISH MESSAGES IN nopCommerce DATABASE)

Hi,

I'm new here, but I'm wondering if v1.6 will have the option in shipping modules to assigned a amount to a specific weight categorie per country?
