New PayFlowPro Plugin

Can you provide a compiled version so I can just drop it in the plugins?

Sorry, hit the button three time by accident.  I'm trying to avoid customizing the application and a compiled version would make it much easier.

Any idea if this plugin will work on the latest nopCommerce versions? 2.65 or 2.70.
