Installation page is broken

Hi,

I have problem with deploying 4.90 to new website.
I've tried with pulling branch 4.90-bug-fixing and trying by downloading the zip package with no source code.
When I open then nopCommerce site for installation the page is broken.

I am hosting on VPS Windows Server 2022 Version  10.0.20348 Build 20348. On same machine I have websites still on 4.80 and didnt have that issue when installed them.

Does anyone have this issue too?

Please download the stable nopCommerce from the download page or from the github release https://www.nopcommerce.com/en/download-nopcommerce

Branches in github may be unstable as development work may be on going on those branch

It seems the issue was caused because I was opening it in Plesk's preview option(the domain's dns was not propagated yet).
Still unpleasant but ... not worth investigating
