I have a serious problem that can not enter the administration panel

I happening what my set in my control panel configured to only connect to the back office from a only IP address, but result what my ISP change my device and automatically change my IP address, and now I can not
my admin panel access with other IP address

Note : Me write personally to Serguei but may is bussy
me need help how repair is

1. Connect to your database and execute the following command

UPDATE [Setting]
SET [Value] = N''
WHERE [name] = N'securitysettings.adminareaallowedipaddresses'
GO

2. Restart your application (save web.config file without any changes)

My run the command with SQL Manager Lite
but get this error: Invalid object name 'Setting'.

It means that you connected to wrong database. Connect to your database
