How to remove menu button in Administrator role or other role

I have created one new role in nopcommerce in that i will allow some of menu in administrator role. so that i want to disable menu button for newly created role

Which menu button , do you want to restrict backhand stuff for the newly created role or ??

Yes, i wanted to remove some menu's ,which is in Administrator role for creating new role.

have you tried commenting out the tabs which you dont want , and provide default hard coded values?
