integration in existing websitei

Hi All,
I have my website, I want to integrate nopcommerce into it but dont have any idea how to start it.

just to give an idea
My website is asp.net website written  is C#. Existing features in the website are
1) Login
2) article positing
3) Online tests for students
4) Directory of colleges etc

i dont use any cms

Now I want to add nopcommerce for sales on my website.

Please help

It would be easier to run it as a separate site as the NOP database has its own Customer table which is like your "Users", so unless you write a replication and synchronization process ...maybe it will be easier to use it as a separate site.
