Installation page not showing up

Dears,
I am completely new in using nopCommerce.
I have installed nopCommerce 2.65 according to this installation page -> https://www.nopcommerce.com/docs/79/installing-nopcommerce.aspx

I have copied the contents of the extracted nopCommerce folder without source code to my webserver into a folder called demoshop. Following the instruction on the installation introduction I should now access my site and should be redirected to the installation page. But all I get is an error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /demoshop/ on this server.

What else do I have to do?

Hallo Tinchen,

ensure that IUSR has read/write access or set specific user in IIS application pool to be used and
ensure that this specific user has read/write access.
