I currently have a running 1.2 version , can I upgrade directly to 1.4? does the 1.4 install procedure take care of it? or do I have to upgrade in two steps i.e. 1.2 to 1.3 and then to 1.4

One of the repeated questions - is it possible to have a high-level overview of the roadmap for the next releas(es)?
I know that it will not be set in stone, but will give some clue to everyone on what is coming.

I am working on expanding nopCommerce to include some of the futures that I (as well as some people on the forum) need, but do not want to waste my time if you are already working on those.

P.S. And yes, i was planning on sending those changes to the core team.

Recurring products, gift card, a lot of new payment and shipping methods, multiple shipping methods, refund/void etc

What is the ETA on the next release?  ( The recurring feature is make or break for us using it in our upcoming projects).
