I wanted to ask if i am using nopCommerce to develop my solution, then do i need to make the source code available of my website under GPLv3?

i think i don't need to, but i just want to confirm.

If you're a web design company, then you have to provide the source code but only to your customer (owner of the site). If it is your own site, then no (you're the customer and the owner).
