Center ProductGrid

I'm trying to center my SubCategoryGrid, FeaturedProductGrid, and ProductGrid in Category View, basicaly the entire content in the CategoryPage needs to be centered. The breadcrumb trail remains left justified at the far left.

Also, I want to display a max of 5 products at a time, but I want the products to move to the next line if there isn't enough horizontal space, like in a window resize.

Does anyone know what I need to do? I've been trying text-align:center in the CSS files under various classes, but nothing seems to work or do anything.
