Installation fell flat

I followed the instructions for installing as far as I could. When it said to browse to the folder where I'd copied the files under the root of my web, I went to my browser and entered "localhost". I got the IIS 8 web page - nothing about nopCommerce.

I'm sure I did something wrong, but the instructions were followed to the letter.

Anybody had the same problem?
