My email is showing up in the register page where it should say email

I dont know how it happened, I found the register.aspx page or whatever and a few around that, put them in notepad and ran a search with my email in it, found nothing on many pages, I think this email is in a deep place or a weird place, anyone have any ideas?

You changed one of the resource strings in localisation. Probably called something like Register.Admin
