Do you have content for the AboutUs topic in the selected language for your nopCommerce site?
The default is English but it is empty on installation. You have to fill it yourself.

yes, I have filled in both of the content already, but I still can't see the text in the "About Us"

Did you, by any chance, change the Subject name 'AboutUs' to something else?

thx~~ I have changed the title "AboutUs", the problem have been fixed.
