picture insert into database but doesnt upload

Hi,
I am trying upload product picture, pictures saved into database but thumbnails doesnt upload into images/thumbs.
How can i solve this problem? thanks

did you try and navigate to the pages where you expect to see the thumnail? - maybe it is not generated until you do this?

also, if it is a thumbnail for  shopping cart or for wishlist, you need to select the checkboxes in the
admin-->configuration-->global settings-->media

to allow this

yes i tried but dint effect, images inserted into database but not uploaded into images/thumbs,

this answer is probably no good because you would probably already have an error but, ...

does your images/thumbs directory have write permissions?

I dont have an error, project is working local and the directories have write permissions, there is an another error but i dont know what.

are you able to see the thumbnails on category page or homepage?

No i dont see, but when i am open the database tables i can see the images in it,
