URL Rewrite help please

Hi all,

  Right now my site is formatted as
     http://site/Category/6-[category name].aspx (Category) and
     http://site/Products/1-[product name].aspx and
     http://site/Manufacturer/2-[manufacturer name].aspx

I would like to rewrite this as
     http://site/[category name]-n.aspx (Category) and
     http://site/[manufacturer name]-n/[product name]-n.aspx and
     http://site/[manufacturer name]-n.aspx

Can someone help with an example for these rules? Or suggest a someting similar that might work?
I have been playing with the source to no avail. I am on nop 1.30
