Taxes on whole order (including shipping)

Hello,
     As the subject, I need to charge tax on the whole order... subtotal + shipping.

How do you do this, or where can I find out how?

In the Administration panel mouse over Configuration, then mouse over Tax, then click on Tax Settings.  There you will see a check box for taxing shipping
