New installation problem new to nopcommerce

i am new to nopcommerce and i downloaded the links off the site and i cant get it to work so that i can create my web site can anyone tell me what to do after i download the nopcommerce 1.40 and the other two that  you have to download.

go to the install directory -> install.aspx and follow the instructions

there are a lot of very good screen casts (see "support") as well as a comprehensive user guide available;

if you are stuck on a particular step, please post the details

You need to have a hosting provider.

Do you have it ?

if no, then 1st buy a hosting provider
then upload the files at hosting server.
Run and its self explanatory.

you can also install locally, if you want to develop/test offline (you need the web server/SQL environment and configure it though)
