HTML Order Invoice for Medium Trust (works with Godaddy) for version 1.30

These files are for generating HTML order invoice without using iTextSharp and Medium Trust (for godaddy).

1.) Make sure you take backup of your files and bin folder.
2.) Replace Orderinvoice files in Administration and Modules folders.
3.) Recompile your project.
4.) Again make sure you have backup of your bin folder.
5.) Replace bin folder with the newly generated dlls at your production server.
6.) Upload these files (Order invoice files) into production server.
7.) They worked for me and should work for you as well.

Great Job aaadil, it will be great if you could post the alterations you made in the code, so that everyone who is facing Medium Trust issue for Invoices could get a clear idea about what's going on in the code.
