nopCommerce requiring re-Installation after publish

I once went through the installation procedure.
Now I have published it and on the server it is requiring an installation.
I went through various posts and implemented their solution with no avail.
The steps I did:
1)Copied the App_Data folder(contains setings.txt) to the live site
2)Copied Plugins folder as well

Still no result.

How may I resolve this?

Have you changed the SQL-param. to connect to your live SQL-Server?

Sorry for the late reply.

By parameters if you mean the credentials then I am sorry there's no change in them.
