the message templated should be imported?

the nop doc says = the Export to XML button appears enabling you to export all resources (including message templates

so how to imoprt message template for language? from language resource import or from message template language tab and paste the translation?

This is outdated information. Only resources (locales) can be exported. I've just removed the text about message templates. Thanks a lot for pointing out!

Right. Language packs do not include translated message templates

Is this restriction still in place, or is it possible to somehow import translated template in version 3.9?
