News post shows up twice

When I make a single news post, it is posted  twice. …Repeats its self. I have replaced all files I could find related to new or the word news used in the file name. Anyone have any idea why it would repeat itself and what file I need to alter?

go into default.aspx

and look to see if you have duplicated the line

    <nopCommerce:NewsList ID="ctrlNewsList" runat="server" />
