How do I hide/disable seach engines from our developemt site?

Hi,

I have store called www.abc.com and it has 2 different sub-domains called 11.abc.com and 22.abc.com. I want to block both of them in search engines. I updated robots.txt to block them but I found that it generates dynamic sub-domain called 11a.abc.com and 22a.abc.com and my results found in search engines. How to solve this issue? Any help can be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
