Problems with guest checkout if the mail adress is a gmail.com or hotmail.com

Hi,

We are running a Nop 3.4 and getting more and more complaints from the customers that there cannot make guest checkout with a gmail.com or hotmail.com account. The checkout page is coming back and is saying that the email is not valid.
The customer we talked with tried from mobile phone and had both mail address and both was refused by the system.

We did also did a online session we another customer to see what was happening and she got the same problem from laptop.

I wrote about this issue before but now nobody address this problem.

Could you please provide a complete list of steps to reproduce this issue? What exactly values (email address, etc) are used?

One of the customer is using merethekim@ both hotmail.com and gmail.com - we added him manually in the backend with the hotmail address without any problems.

You can go to the site http://houseoflingerie.com and try to checkout as a guest. We are using standard onepagecheckout from Nop 3.4 without any modification.

is there any customization you have done ??

i tried to checkout but i can't find any button on cart to start checkout.

also it take too long to load the page

I've just tried to reproduce this issue on our demo site (used "merethekim at hotmail dot com" email). Everything works fine

Nevertheless we have the issue everyday and only complaint from customers there is using hotmail.com or gmail.com
Is there any special way NOP is checking the mail address?

But as i told you on above post it checking the Billing Address Email and if that email is not set or not valid then it gives "Email is not valid" error on checkout
