few static pages to be accessible for unregistered customers/guest

Hi

I have configured to have "Allow navigation only for registered customers" set but I also want some specific pages which are to be accessible by unregistered customer/guest too. This pages can be like home page having featured products list or a specific topic or can be a very specific htmlpage.

How do i set this in the system. Even if it requires customization, how do i handle this.
