I need to send latest prices of selected product to my customers who add a Product to him/her wishlist every day by email.

Does it have an implemented solution?

is there option for admin to see wishlist sent from the site.

Do you want to disable wishlist?

Go to>

Admin area > Configuration > Access Control List. Disable 'Public store. Enable wishlist' permission.

Note: Unchecked  for disable and checked  for enable

I think it is out of box. You will need to customize for doing it.
