Paypal Credit card payments in sandbox mode not working

Hello
I have a developer sandbox account and i have configured the credentials under credit card

I used the credit card provided with the sandbox account but i get the following error

Payment error: LongMessage: This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. ShortMessage: Invalid Configuration ErrorCode: 10501

I am using nopcommerce ver 3.7
