New Installation - Page Cannot Be Displayed After Sucessful Installation

I just successfully installed nop 3.7!!!
I logged into the store and clicked Adminstration
The Admin dashboard loaded.
I went to Configuration > Stores and edited my store.
I gave it a name, selected SSL as I have an EV cert installed.  I did not fill in the value for the secure site since nop should figure it out.  I put in the domain names (yourstore.com,www.yourstore.com).
I clicked save.

Now I get "page cannot be displayed" with this message:
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to  again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

Help!!

Okay ... so I went into the database and changed the SSL value to False and now the store works again using the non-https protocol.  Ideally, I would like to only use https, in fact, if users enter the http I would like for it to just do https automatically.  There are SSL settings in plesk, in IIS and in the nopcommerce store settings.  What should I do?
