move nopcommerce installation

hii everyone
i downloaded nopcommerce and customized it and fill the database with my products and now i need to upload it to my godaddy hosting can someone please please explain to me how to do it step by step im really new in all of this

Godaddy is SUCH a nightmare to work with that I doubt you will have any/many responses.

If you don't have the correct "flavor" of control panel, it won't work at all.
You CANNOT use their Plesk version of control panel. And all new Windows hosting accounts at Godaddy get this by default. So you probably have to change that first...if they will even allow it.

Or cancel your account and move to SmarterASP.net. Much easier.......
