Category missing after SQL restore, it shows in SQL MGMT Studio but not nopAdmin

I am in the process of moving hosting from one provider to another, after they did the SQL restore, everything looks great except I can not see one category in the nopcommerce admin area. When I open up the restored DB with SQL MGMT Studio and look at the category table, I see it there.

Also when I add a new category this same thing happens.

Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it?

**** after digging around *** if I change the category to be published in SQLmgmtStudio I can see the old category that was missing and the new one. Issue is, the category was created not to be published....I would like to see the category in the admin tool and add products to it.
