My 1st website :)

NopCommerce has been great so far. My site isn’t as fancy looking as some, but it does illustrate that a working store can be made by a beginner using the basic templates.

Do you know how to change the store name in the info box?

The edits I made to the topic didn't overide the box info - they simply added more text below the box. I am still on version 1.5 if it makes any differance.

Hello Robert,
  
To change text within that box in the log in / register page

Go to admin section >   Content Management   >   Localization  

You will see a drop down menu to select language > select your language (English)

Now you will get a long list of itmes/resources.

now you have to find "Login.NewCustomerText"

to make it easy, (press Ctrl + F ) to find it easily, in the find box paste this " Login.NewCustomerText"

and search

when you will find this, against it you will see it is written "By creating account....." click on Edit

now you will get a page > you cna change the text according to your requirement in  "Resource value:  "

(Remember: DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES IN  "Resource name:  ")
