Where do I download the PayPal extension?

Maybe I just missed the boat, but I downloaded and installed nopCommerce, logged into admin panel, went to payment methods/gateways - and don't see paypal to configure. I've searched the web, and this site and found no paypal extension. Where do I download it?

it should be admin->payment->payment methods->paypal express (or paypal direct). If it's not there then you had some installation problem.
Are there any gateways there?

What do you mean gateways? I am in the United States.

I must have had installation problems because the only things I see are:
