PayEx Initialize failed (nop 3.70)

Hi,

We're trying to add the PayEx payment provider to our store. We're using this plugin: https://www.nopcommerce.com/p/839/payex-payment-module-for-with-autopay-direct-debit-debit-card-credit-card.aspx

We have an active (test-) account with PayEx. After choosing PayEx as a payment method during checkout we receive this error: "PayEx Initialize failed: Admin.ValidateMerchantLogon:Invalid hash [ ValidationError_HashNotValid ]"

It seems we can't authenticate agains PayEx servers, or? Has anyone else experienced this kind of error?
Our store is a plain nop 3.70 ...

I would recommend you to contact (PM) the plugin author. Or post this question in this topic. I presume he could find and fix the issue quite easily

The reason for this error was that our test account hadn't been properly setup. We contacted PayEx and they fixed the account. So now everything works as expected.
