Moving Site

I'm leaving GoDaddy and moving my NOPCommerce site to another hosting service.
I've downloaded my site files to my PC and backed up my database locally.

What file do I need to configure so that it continues to operate correctly in its new location?

Here is the path: Presentation/Nop.Web/App_Data/Settings.txt

Whoops. I'm running a very old version (1.8) and the settings file is not located there.
Any help?
