InstalledPlugins txt file is missing

I noticed that on previous versions, there was a file in App_Data/InstalledPlugins.txt

That keeps track of installed Plugins, unfortunately the file isn't there anymore can you please advise where now i can find record of these?

It should be still there.
Nothing has been changed about it.
Anyway you can easily recycle from previous version or to create it yourself. It is just a text files with plugin SystemName (one for line)
