Is it possible to have ship by value under Fixed Rate Shipping?

I would like to have three different shipping costs:

For shopping cart value worth up to £150.00 = £6.95
For shopping cart value worth £150.01 - £350.00 = £10.00
For shopping cart value over £350.00 = FREE

I have the free shipping sorted, but is there a way using Fixed Rate Shipping to offer the other two options?
